This Agreement is entered into and effective as of this 1st day of October, by and between HACIENDA HEIGHTS HEALTHCARE & WELLNESS CENTRE, hereinafter referred to as the “Employer” or the “Company,” and UNITED FOOD AND COMMERCIAL WORKERS UNION, LOCAL 1167, chartered by the United Food and Commercial Workers International Union, hereinafter referred to as the “Union.”
