This Agreement is made and entered into by and between the Southeastern Wisconsin Drywall and Plastering Contractors Association, on behalf of Contractors employing Plasterers hereinafter referred to as "Employers" and Local Union of the Operative Plasterers’ and Cement Masons’ International Association Local 599, hereinafter referred to as the "Union".
