This Agreement is entered into August 24, 2009, by and between the Board of Education of the School District of the City of East Lansing, Ingham and Clinton Counties, Michigan hereinafter called the “Board” and the East Lansing Education Association, Ingham Clinton Education Association, MEA/NEA, hereinafter called the “Association.”
