THIS AGREEMENT made this day of February, 2019, is by and between the City of Little Canada, whose primary address is 515 Little Canada Road East, Little Canada, Minnesota 55117, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota, (the “City”), and AFSA Building Company, a Minnesota Non-Profit Corporation, whose primary address is 100 Vadnais Blvd.; Vadnais Heights, MN 55127 (“AFSA”).
