This Litigation Management Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made between You the Claimant (“You”) and Hagens Berman UK LLP (the “Lawyers” or “Us” or “We”). The members of the Steering Committee from time to time and all Other Claimants who bring the Claims against the Defendants described below have entered or will enter into litigation management agreements on the same terms as this Litigation Management Agreement.
