This DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) effective as of the date the last Party signs below (“Effective Date”) by and among Lehi City, a political subdivision of the State of Utah (“City”) and SDC Investments LLC whose principal place of business is located at 111 South Frontage Road, Centerville, Utah 84003. (“Developer”). The City and the Developer are hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
