AGREEMENT between Jewish Home Lifecare; Jewish Home Lifecare, Community Services (d/b/a Jewish Home Lifecare, Home Care); and Jewish Home Lifecare, Care Management LLC (herein called “Employer”) and Federation of Nurses/UFT, FNHP/AFT, AFL-CIO (herein called “Union”). Employer and Union recognize their common interests beyond their collective bargaining relationship. Thus, they pledge to strive together to ensure the highest quality of service by Employer and the highest standards of professional nursing care and practice.
