THIS DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into and effective as of this day of , 2020, by and among ROCKINGHAM FARMS, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“Rockingham Farms”); SAVANNAH ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (“SEDA”), a public corporation of the State of Georgia; and THE MAYOR AND ALDERMAN OF THE CITY OF SAVANNAH, a municipal corporation existing under the laws of the State of Georgia (the “City”).
