The Board of Education of Community Consolidated Schools, District 65, hereinafter referred to as the “Board”, and the District 65 Educators’ Council, hereinafter referred to as the “Council”, recognize that the aim of public schools is to provide the best education possible for children and youth of the District. Attainment of these educational objectives is a joint responsibility of the Board, the administrative and supervisory staff and the professional teaching personnel.
