This Agreement is entered into and effective January 1, 2019 at St. Joseph, Michigan by and between the County of Berrien and the Sheriff of the County of Berrien, hereinafter referred to as the “EMPLOYER,” and the, Police Officers Labor Council (POLC) hereinafter referred to as the “UNION.”
