This Amendment (this “Amendment”) is attached to and made a part of that certain Dual Credit Partnership Agreement (the “Contract”) between El Paso Independent School District (the “District”) and El Paso Community College District fully executed on or about August 17, 2021. All references herein to a particular paragraph shall be to the corresponding paragraph in the Contract and such provision is accordingly amended, but all remaining provisions thereof shall remain in effect as written. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Amendment and the Contract, the terms and provisions of this Amendment shall control. Capitalized terms used herein, but not defined herein, shall have the same meanings attributed to them in the Contract. Each of the following provisions is incorporated by reference into the Contract as if set out in full therein.
