This Development Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into this day of September 2021, by and between the Community Development Corporation of Utah (“Developer”), for the land to be included in or affected by the project located at approximately 4074 South West Temple Street in Millcreek Utah, a municipal corporation of the State of Utah (“City”). The Developer and the City are sometimes referred to as the “Parties.”
