THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 1st day of July, 2019 by and between LEAD-DEADWOOD SCHOOL DISTRICT NO.40-1, hereinafter called “District” and the LEAD-DEADWOOD EDUCATION ASSOCIATION, hereinafter called “L-DEA”. This Agreement supersedes all other agreements by the parties hereto, be they oral, written or otherwise.
