This Purchase and Redevelopment Agreement ("Agreement") is made by and between Novak-Fleck Incorporated. a Minnesota corporation (“Buyer") and the Economic Development Authority in and for the City of New Hope, Minnesota, a public body corporate and politic created pursuant to the laws of the State of Minnesota ("Seller") effective August , 2019. In consideration of the covenants and agreements of the respective parties as hereinafter set forth, Seller shall sell and Buyer shall purchase the vacant parcel of real property located in the City of New Hope at the property address of 5212 Pennsylvania Avenue North, New Hope, Minnesota, and legally described as “Lot 7, Block 5, Sunset Heights, Hennepin County, Minnesota (the “Property”).
