This Purchase and Redevelopment Agreement ("Agreement") is made by and between Novak-Fleck Incorporated. a Minnesota corporation (“Buyer") and the Economic Development Authority in and for the City of New Hope, Minnesota, a public body corporate and politic created pursuant to the laws of the State of Minnesota ("Seller") effective August , 2019.
