This AMENDMENT to contract #CVRPC-2021DIBG-04 (Contract), dated February 22, 2022, by and between the Mount Ascutney Regional Commission (MARC) (previously SWCRPC), and Central Vermont Regional Planning Commision (CVRPC) shall be made effective on this 1st day of December, 2023, for the purposes of amending the project budget to cover design revisions made to improve functionality of the overall project and for additional project management expenses due to project complexity. (attached). This is the second amendment to this contract.
