This AMENDMENT to contract #CVRPC-2021DIBG-04 (Contract), dated February 22, 2022, by and between the Mount Ascutney Regional Commission (MARC) (previously SWCRPC), and Central Vermont Regional Planning Commision (CVRPC) shall be made effective on this 1st day of December, 2023, for the purposes of extending the period of performance due to delays in securing a consultant for design work. This is the first amendment to this contract.
