THIS DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the day of 2017 by and between SAVANNAH RIVER LANDING LAND JV, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“SRL”) and THE MAYOR AND ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF SAVANNAH, a municipal corporation existing under the laws of the State of Georgia (“City”).
