This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between Pavers, Inc., 12302 Hwy 6, Waverly, NE 68462 (hereinafter “Contractor”) and the City of Lincoln and Lancaster County (hereinafter “Owners”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated October 10, 2019, executed under City Directorial Order No. 22365, and County Contract C-19-0760, dated October 15, 2019 for Annual Supply – Cold Mix Asphalt, Bid No. 19- 214, which is made a part of this amendment by this reference.
