This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between Pavers, Inc., 12303 Hwy 6, Waverly, NE 68462 (hereinafter “Contractor”) and the City of Lincoln and Lancaster County (hereinafter “Owners”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated September 17, 2015 executed under City Executive Order No. 88639, and County Contract C-15-0426, dated September 11, 2015 for Annual Supply - Cold Mix Asphalt, Bid No. 15-168, which is made a part of this amendment by this reference.
