This is the Service Level Agreement referred to in the TicketSocket User Agreement (“User Agreement”). All capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meaning as they do in the User Agreement which links to this document. This Schedule supplements the terms of Section 9 of the User Agreement as well as any other section of the User Agreement that addresses TicketSocket’s service obligations.
