This Agreement entered into this day of , 2003, by and between the Township of Haddon, in the County of Camden, State of New Jersey, hereinafter referred to as the “Township” and Local 3528, which is affiliated with District Council #71 of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO, hereinafter called the “Union”, has as its purpose the promotion of harmonious relations between the Township and the Union; the establishment of equitable and peaceful procedure for the resolution of differences and the establishment of rates of pay, hours of work and other conditions of employment; and represents the complete and final understanding of all bargainable issues between the Township and the Union.
