This Agreement, dated January 1, 2011, is between the County of Beaver, in its capacity as representative of the District Attorney under Section 1620 of the County Code, 16 Pa. C.S.A. 1620 (hereinafter referred to as the “Employer), and the United Steelworkers of America, (hereinafter referred to as the “Union”). Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, the provisions of this Agreement shall be effective upon execution.
