We continuously endeavour to develop our service and streamline our processes, and having listened to feedback, we have decided to change the way we bill for planned and reactive maintenance. In the past we have based our fees for Planned and Reactive maintenance on the last two years’ historical expenditure. However, we will now be changing how we bill for this service. We will now journal transfer our 14% fee on any invoices paid on your behalf, on a termly basis as shown on your expenditure report. This will ensure you are accurately billed against any invoices raised on your behalf as spend can fluctuate on a yearly basis.
