THIS ARTICULATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) was entered on December 8, 2015, and updated on September 17, 2019 by and between Middle Tennessee State University (“MTSU”) and South College School of Pharmacy (“South”). The parties desire to enter into a contract pursuant to which students of MTSU will be eligible for consideration for admission to the South Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree program, and articulated course credits from South to MTSU, to complete the Bachelor of Science degree, according to the terms contained in this Agreement.
