An Agreement made this day of March 2006, between the Post- Tribune, hereinafter known as the Publisher, and The Newspaper Guild of Gary, a local chartered by The Newspaper Guild, hereinafter known as the Guild, for itself and on behalf of all the employees in the editorial department of the Publisher, except as hereinafter provided, governing conditions of employment in the aforementioned department of the Publisher.
