For purposes of this Deposit Account Agreement and Disclosure, the terms “you” and “yours” may refer to each and all of the deposit account owners and/or the authorized signers on such deposit accounts, as the context requires. Western Alliance Bank and its divisions, including Alliance Association Bank, Alliance Bank of Arizona, Bank of Nevada, Bridge Bank, First Independent Bank, and Torrey Pines Bank operate as a single financial institution and are collectively referred to as “Bank”. This Deposit Account Agreement and Disclosure, along with the applicable Schedule (defined below), signature card and other account opening documents, form the binding contract that governs your deposit account(s) held at Bank (“Account(s)”).
