This Agreement is entered into by and between the City of Oregon City, herein after referred to as the "CITY", and the City of Oregon City Employees Local 350-2 Council 75, of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFl-CIO, herein after referred to as the "UNION", for the purpose of setting forth the full Agreement between the parties concerning wages, hours, and conditions of employment for the period beginning July 1, 2007 and ending June 30, 2009.
