The NFTA shall deduct from the wages o f a member, the amount of any assessment made against such member by the Association, but.shall not be obliged to make such deduction unless the Association shall furnish to the NFTA a copy o f each resolution of the Association, under the authority o f which such assessment has been made, which resolution shall be certified by the Secretary of the Association. The Association agrees to indemnify and hold the NFTA harmless from any loss it may incur as a result of such deduction. All grievance resolutions are subject to standard Association deduction.
