The male pronoun or adjective used herein refers to the female also unless otherwise indicated. The term "employee" or "employees" where used herein refers to all employees in the Bargaining Unit. The purpose of the contract is to set out the terms and conditions of employment, including rates of pay, wages, hours and working conditions and to establish a peaceful procedure for the resolution of all differences between the parties.
