EAST PROJECT (“Amendment”) is made and entered into as of November , 2022 (“Amendment Effective Date”), by and among LEHI CITY, a political subdivision of the State of Utah (“City”); SANCTUARY AT LEHI, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“SALT”); THE SNF AT THE RIDGE, L.C., a Utah limited liability Company (“SNF”); and LEHI POINTE, L.L.C., a Utah limited liability company. The City, SNF, SALT, and Lehi Pointe are hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
