This Central Ura to US Dollar Master Swap Agreement (“Master Swap Agreement”) is between Central Reserve Management LLC (“CRML”) acting at the direction of the Central Ura Reserve Limited (“CUR”), and the Governor and Company of the ABC Reserve Bank (“Counterparty”) (together, the parties), dated as of and takes effect from (the “Effective Date”).
