The Services will be compensated on an hourly basis at the rates specified in Exhibit A (the “Compensation”) and Reimbursable Expenses as set forth in Exhibit B. In no event is the Owner obligated to pay more than the not-to-exceed amount of: $ (“Maximum Compensation”). The Maximum Compensation includes the Compensation, Reimbursable Expenses and any subconsultants costs.
