Based on changes in the project scope the City now desires the existing 52nd Street bridge structure be modified as a part of the project. The modification includes shifting of existing lanes to accommodate the addition of a multi–use trail on one side of the structure. No widening of the bridge is included as a part of this change. The work will be completed within the existing outside walls of the bridge. The work will be coordinated with GDOT as a part of the project.
