THE WILLIAMSBURG MANOR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION CLUBHOUSE RULES AND RENTAL AGREEMENT FOR (DATE): TIME: TOClubhouse Rental Agreement • December 1st, 2015
The Clubhouse is for the use of all WILLIAMSBURG MANOR residents. To reserve the clubhouse, there will be a rental fee of $25.00 and a $50.00 refundable deposit. The deposit will be refunded within seven (7) days after the key has been returned and the clubhouse found to be in satisfactory condition. The key is to be returned to Marie Murphy the next day following the rental.
