THIS AGREEMENT is entered into the 9th day of September, 2011, by and between Lambeau Field Redevelopment, LLC, and affiliated organizations (Developer) and Miron Construction Co., Inc. (Contractor) and the Northeast Wisconsin Building and Construction Trades Council (Council) on behalf of the local affiliates of the Building and Construction Trades.
