CONTRACT TO EXHIBITExhibit Space Agreement • October 8th, 2013
This agreement for exhibit space at the 2024 ICI Innovate and Service Provider Exhibition (the conference), February 7 through February 8, 2024, hosted by the Investment Company Institute (ICI) at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront hotel in San Diego, CA, constitutes a contract between the parties hereto for the right to use the space allotted by ICI. In the event of fire, hotel union strikes, or other uncontrollable circumstances rendering the building unit unavailable for use, this contract shall not be binding.
