These terms and conditions form part of the agreement which govern the use of the credit card and credit card facility and further regulate the relationship between the Bank, Business client and the cardholder. The use of the credit card and/or the credit card facility will be deemed as acceptance of all the terms and conditions governing the agreement. These terms and conditions are ap- plicable to all business accounts.
