Effective as of the date of last signature below , this Agreement for Educational Goods and Services (the “Agreement”) is entered into between The School Board of Duval County, Florida, a body politic and corporate (the “District”) and Discovery Education, Inc., a New York corporation authorized to transact business in Florida (the “Contractor”). The District and Contractor may be referred to in this Agreement singularly as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
