This Agreement (the “Agreement”) is dated , 2021 (the “Effective Date”) and is between The School Board of Duval County, Florida, a body politic and corporate (“District”) and Renaissance Learning Inc., a foreign corporationr (“Contractor”). The District and Contractor may be referred to singularly as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.
