Highlander Way, Howell, Michigan 48843 (hereinafter referred to as the “Sheriff’s Department”), and VANCE OUTDOORS, INC., with offices at 3723 Cleveland Ave., Columbus, Ohio 43224 (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”) amends the Ammunition Supply Services Agreement made and entered into between the parties.
