THIS AMENDMENT, made and entered into this 16th day of JULY , 2019, by and between the COUNTY OF LIVINGSTON, a municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Michigan (hereinafter referred to as the “County”), acting on behalf of the LIVINGSTON COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT, with offices at 150 S. Highlander Way, Howell, Michigan 48843 (hereinafter referred to as the “Sheriff’s Department”), and VANCE OUTDOORS, INC., with offices at 3723 Cleveland Ave., Columbus, Ohio 43224 (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”) amends the Ammunition Supply Services Agreement made and entered into between the parties.
