Teachers will receive their contract no later than forty-five (45) days following the conclusion of Negotiations. Negotiations are concluded when the District and the Association have ratified all agreements made for the new contract year. The District may provide contracts to teachers before negotiations are concluded when necessary to ensure that teachers have contracts before commencement of work for the School District.
