This Development Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into effective this day of 2012, by and among the City of Boise City (“City”) and Kimball Children’s Irrevocabe Trust (the “Trust”). The City and the Trust are sometimes collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
