We (student and parent/guardian) understand that School District 197 students and their parents must sign this agreement before a student can be issued an iPad for take-home privileges. We understand that this agreement is in addition to the District 197 Acceptable Use of the Internet and Electronic Resources policy (524). We will refer to this form if I have further questions or would like to read the details of this policy agreement in its entirety. We understand that other related policies also apply, including the Student Discipline policy (504), the Bullying Prohibition policy (514) and others that can be found on the District 197 website.
