This Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) applies to and governs such PLEX SharePoint, Web Hosting, Virtual Private Server, Exchange Hosting, CRM and other remotely provided services as PLEX may offer from time to time and further defined below (collectively, “Services” and each a “Service”) and that You order and pay for in accordance with and subject to your compliance with PLEX’s Master Service Agreement (“MSA”).
