THIS FACILITIES MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) made and entered into on the 1st day of July, 2019, by and between the MANHATTAN BEACH UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT (“District”), and MBX FOUNDATION, INC. (“MBX”), a California nonprofit corporation, and together with the District referred to each as a (“Party”) and herein jointly as the (“Parties”). The Parties desire to memorialize the nature of their relationship and the respective obligations and rights of each.
