This non-exclusive Digitization Agreement (the “Agreement”), is entered into as of DECEMBER 15, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Texas Society Daughters of the American Revolution (“TXDAR”) and the National Archives and Records Administration, an independent agency in the executive branch of the United States Government with its headquarters in Washington, DC (“NARA”) (with each of TXDAR and NARA being referred to as a “party” or collectively as the “parties”).
