THIS AGREEMENT is entered into this date and is effective the first day of January, 2005, between the Grand Traverse County Board of Commissioners, hereinafter referred to as the “Employer,” and the Teamsters State, County and Municipal Workers Local 214, affiliated with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, hereinafter referred to as the “Union.”
