This Letter Agreement (“Agreement”) between the Center for Transportation and the Environment (“CTE”), located at 730 Peachtree Street, Suite 760, Atlanta, GA 30308 and Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority (“PSTA”), located at 3201 Scherer Drive, St. Petersburg, FL 33716, both hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as “Party,” serves as the contract for the scope of work that CTE agrees to provide under the PSTA Electric Bus/Infrastructure Expansion Project. In consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as follows:
